One of the biggest mistakes organizations make is searching for places to use AI before clearly identifying the problems they want to solve.

Successful AI adoption begins with understanding your organization, not with selecting software.

Use this worksheet with your leadership team, department managers, or project teams to identify meaningful opportunities where AI can create measurable value.
