WHO WE ARE
Developers, educators, and problem-solvers working to make AI easier to understand and more useful in the real world.
FridAI is the artificial intelligence and innovation work of Invent Yourself LLC.
We work with businesses, schools, nonprofits, public organizations, and human-service providers that recognize the potential of AI but may not have the budget, internal talent, or time to navigate it alone.
Our work combines applied model development, plain-English education, guided onboarding, and direct access to people who understand how AI systems are designed.
We are interested in technology, but we are motivated by what people can do with greater access to knowledge and better tools.

Make responsible AI adoption accessible to organizations of every size.
AI should not be limited to organizations with enormous consulting budgets, large technology departments, or teams of specialized developers.
Our mission is to close the distance between wanting to use AI and having the knowledge, tools, and support required to use it well.

FOUNDER AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dr. Sean Siebert
Strategic leader, educator, and organizational problem-solver helping people move from possibility to meaningful progress.
Dr. Sean Siebert is the founder of Invent Yourself, LLC and provides the strategic vision behind the FridAI Library. His work centers on helping people, organizations, and communities understand where they are, recognize where they could go, and build a realistic path forward.
He has worked across education, workforce development, entrepreneurship, manufacturing, economic development, behavioral health, and public-sector initiatives throughout the United States. His cross-collaborative work has been supported by federal agencies, national foundations, and community partners, giving him a broad understanding of how organizations adopt new ideas, manage change, and turn limited resources into meaningful outcomes.
During his time as chairman of the board for Missouri Enterprise, Missouri’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership, Dr. Siebert works closely with manufacturers and organizational leaders navigating innovation, workforce challenges, and emerging technology. That experience helps shape the FridAI Library as more than a collection of tools—it is a supported environment designed to help organizations prepare their people, identify worthwhile opportunities, and move confidently toward implementation.
An award-winning author, speaker, educator, and consultant, Dr. Siebert is known for making complex challenges understandable and helping audiences see a future they can actively help create. His leadership reinforces FridAI’s belief that successful AI adoption begins with knowledge, trust, and people who are ready to move forward together.

DIRECTOR OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Simon Siebert
Lead architect of the FridAI Library.
Simon leads the design and development of FridAI’s applied AI platforms, models, and public education efforts.
He has worked with dozens of organizations across the country to explore, develop, and implement artificial intelligence around real operational needs. His work has included launching three AI platforms and creating dozens of models now being used in commercial and organizational settings.
With a master’s degree focused on machine learning and artificial intelligence, Simon brings technical development and organizational implementation together—helping teams move from an early idea to a working, supported use of AI.

DIGITAL MEDIA DIRECTOR
Kora Siebert
Creative storyteller and digital strategist shaping how people discover, understand, and engage with the FridAI Library.
Kora Siebert leads the FridAI Library’s digital media, communications, and public-facing brand experience. Her work brings together visual storytelling, web design, social media, and digital strategy to make complex ideas about artificial intelligence feel clear, approachable, and relevant.
A graduate of Southeast Missouri State University’s Mass Communication and Multimedia Journalism program, Kora began her career as a photographer, journalist, and paid content creator. Her work has been featured by regional publications and travel organizations across the United States, and she was recognized as Missouri’s collegiate state champion in news photography.
Within the FridAI Library, Kora helps guide website development, social media marketing, content presentation, and search visibility in an AI-driven information landscape. She also serves as a central point of coordination across the business, helping connect the Library’s technical work, educational resources, partnerships, and public communication.
Her role ensures that the FridAI Library is not only building useful technology, but also communicating its purpose in a way that people can understand, trust, and act upon.
